POLY WORLDWIDE ENTERTAINMENT
The driving force behind POLY WORLDWIDE ENTERTAINMENT (PWE) is Ton Soepenberg (1958). He majored in Mechanical Engineering and Electronics and specialized in complex theater techniques, in which diverse disciplines are closely linked (mechanics, electronics, hydraulics/pneumatics, diverse lifting techniques etc.) Ton was active for years as a troubleshooter, supervisor and mediator for numerous big theater productions home and abroad. In addition, he traveled all over the world as an executive producer and tour director for big international casts such as Riverdance, Spirit of the Dance, La La La Human Steps and many more.
Ton is a versatile oracle/human encyclopedia with a huge network and solution ready knowledge of technology and production. He's often asked as a conversational partner/advisor to help develop performances, events and productions. His power of translating creative wishes to technical possibilities is unique. He's welcomed as an expert at many productions, at home and abroad, because of his expertise and experience.
In 2004, Ton Soepenberg started PWE with the goal to build a company specialized in the development and organization of big shows and events worldwide, in which 'rigging' and the 'flying' of acrobats and actors could play a part.
Besides event organization, PWE also attends to management and booking of artists.
